During the week I rarely have time to eat a true breakfast because I sleep right up until the second I have to get up. I have stuff at my desk to munch on when I get to work - breakfast bar, nuts, sometimes fruit.
On the weekend I'm just as bad. I sleep in.
When I do get up, I always force myself to eat a banana. It's become an odd habit. I don't like bananas, but I've convinced myself they are good for me.
If I had someone besides myself to cook for, I would love to go back to Sunday big breakfasts like we had when I was growing up. It's just no fun to do that for myself.
