Have a chuck roast I am going to cut into hunks and cook low and slow in the oven with a cream of something and tomato sauce, corn and butterbeans succotash, salad, probably wide egg noodles for the beef to go over.
Pork chops, seasoned and baked, with some rice with butter and hot sauce.
A bag of Pringles or Nacho cheese Doritos - or ice cream - for dessert.
Oh......and coffee and Mtn. Dew~
