It's fun to pick fruit you have grown (in pots, no less....) But when you get only 2-3 at a time, they seem really SPECIAL somehow! So I don't want to use them for keeping my garbage disposal fresh or some such idea.

Right now, I am going with using them for tea, but someone else might have a different recommendation...

Meyer Lemons with baked fish and chicken. Make Meyer Lemon oil and keep in fridge for Winter.

What is the process for lemon oil? Sounds like a good way to stretch use of just a few lemons...

So fresh lemon juice along with a bit of lemon pepper-yes!
