I have observed that Yeast Rolls have popped several times in this thread and have not heard of them prior.

@ CMichele - Are yeast rolls something that can be purchased in grocery stores or is this something that you make home-made?

Naturen, I think you can get frozen bread dough.

It must cost a fortune to eat well up there. At least that's what they tell us here in the lower 48.

Today we had gusty winds up to 40 MPH and a high of 27F. Cold up there?

I am not much of a baker but love homemade breads. Yeast rolls will not be on my menu anytime soon unless I can buy them already made. Thanks for the recipe though.

A balmy 6 degrees F today.
