Any recommendations for herbal teas for boosting the immune system, etc..

Can you recommend any good online resources to read about different teas and their benefits?

Finally, recommendations for purchasing these on-line?

THANK YOU!

Republic of tea makes one called Get Wellness, I haven't tried it but I like their other teas. get wellness® - No.11 Herb Tea for Immunity | The Republic of Tea

I drink Emergen-C every morning and a couple times a day if I feel a cold coming on.

I recommend Yogi Tea. We drank the Cold Season sampler teas all last winter which may be one reason why neither of us got sick.

Thank you for responding. Have you purchased bulk herbal teas (i.e. rose hip, echinacea, tc.). From either other companies listed?

Thanks again...for the suggestions and recommendations for herbal teas.

I have purchased bulk teas from Mountain Rose Herbs, even if you don't buy from them they have great site with lots of useful info.
