Wow Lacey. Amazing daughter you have!!

I might have a change in plans........BF went up to boulder for the CU football game and I might get together with a girlfriend and go out to dinner and then watch Sex and the City.... love that movie.

Had planned on making chili since it has turned chilly again here. Then earlier today I was reading the mac & cheese thread on CD couldn't get that out of my head. Made baked mac & cheese, green beans and applesauce.

Lacy that is awesome what your DD has done! Thank her for me please.

Nomad what is apple gravy on your breakfast thread post? Out celebrating a 'king' accomplishment sounds like you ate like a king.

I need to get some baking done we have no goodies in the house.

The apples had been pan fried and the drippings from the pan were so good on the pancakes. That may be come a dinner favorite around here during the winter months.

Had a quiet day here...baked three dozen sourdough rolls to take to a family gathering tomorrow, and made a pot of chicken and dumplings while listening to A Prairie Home Companion.

Hope everybody had a great evening!

Evening all, tonight for dinner was a lentil soup with homemade biscuits.
Tomorrow for dinner hubby is taking over the kitchen and making lasagna. Should be tasty. Hope everyone has a great evening.
