carne asada steak salad apple tomato romaine) brocolli, nuts
(on 24 hrs kaiser fast it will be boring for awhile but gota lose 10 lbs.)

Is that diet on line? I need to lose much more than 10 LBs. when I get back from Maine....maybe it would be a good start.

Oh Denise, that will be easy to do for you! Thanks for your kind wishes (and the point that put me to 975......I am getting excited as I approach 1000---it may be silly of me...but I am.

no its kaiser permanente diet simply speaking 1 modest meal a day and 3 cans of slim fast, slow brutal but it works. lost 30 already.

morning everyone! my layered enchilada casserole turned out great, and who knew that yucca could be just like a potato??? the yucca fries were great!
I am going to color my BFF's hair tonight after work, so its leftovers for us!
Will sneak on later to see what y'all are up to!

That's so nice you guys/gals all got together. Did you all meet here on the CD forum? What a good time. So happy to hear it all went well and the food was great! You must all live near one another? Well, I'm so out in the sticks I'd have to drive hours to meet up with anyone---but at least I can get to know you all here...that's a good thing! I'm making that 15-bean soup tonight. My sister, the one that has been so ill this last year with Myasthenia Gravis and lives in CA was able to go online for the first time in a year and she sent me this Citrus salad recipe.
