Molochai, hearty congratulations on your stellar accomplishment! That new bit of bling is well deserved - I always look forward to your comments. You're on your way to your very own little constellation there!
This week's dinner selections will range from exotic to Southern-style, with a little more emphasis on seafood. I've planned some seared tilapia, with possibly turnip greens and country-style hush puppies. I may work in some shrimp, but I've got to peel the little critters first. Also have some chicken taquitos, with which I may serve some refrieds, and later, I've got Salisbury steak, with some corn on the cob and cauliflower au gratin as side possibilities.
Hope your dinners will be worthwhile for you, and bon appetit!
And just to shake this up a bit, I may even add a bowl of oatmeal with some raisins. Why not? Got to have that fiber.

Dinner will be some form of using up the last of the rib roast... Maybe a stroganoff dish or BBQ sauce. Undecided at the moment.
