Wow...everything sounds delicious! Especially that eggplant. Yum!!! I'm beginning to feel like a slacker since my dinner's going to be leftover chicken casserole and maybe a slice of ice cream cake.
Have I expressed on here how much I have grown to dislike that green veggie? I might make some brussel sprouts or spinach with it......I think some spinach.... Yup... spinach....sounds like a plan......
The shipping co came to measure us up for the move today, I want them to make a crate for me so I can sleep thru the next few months and wake up back home!

I have to go get a bit dressed up .... for going out this evening..... but "dressed up" is a relative term....in my case it will involve a shirt, tie and jacket. but may also involve a pair of kahkis and snow boots.
Dad made homemade veggie soup today so I am sure we will be eating on that for some time! Hmmmmm, I think a nice grilled cheese could be just the ticket to go along with that. I don't feel like cooking more cornbread today.
