To hot for chili,
Tired of tacos~burritos,
Maybe just a big red ripe tomato stuffed with fresh chicken salad with some pickled beets beside a quart Mason jar of iced tea. I think there's some cherry cobbler in the fridge for later...

Beef shish-ka-bobs on the grill. (I am marinating them in a Goya mojo marinade...it is cheap and good.) Rice. Gawd knows what else.

Leftover meatloaf with mashed potaotes of course and some braised zucchini! Looks like rain so the BBQ is put away for a few days! Darn! But the rain is needed so I'll just wait for those sunny days again!

Default Yeah we change the menu

Guess the tomato stuffed with chicken salad will wait. No tomatoes in the house and not buring $4 gas going out after 'em. There will be enough left over for stuffed tomatoes later in the week. After reviewing the pulled pork photo it's got to be either well aged or you made a fresh batch I hope....

LOL-that was my first experiment of it but that's how it comes out every time. I just made a batch Friday night and the leftovers are great with just some new sauce added on top. Especially in rolls!!
