Oh, no! A cheese curd virgin!

Cheese curd is basically a precursor of cheese while it's being manufactured. Remember the fairy tale where Little Miss Muffet is eating her curds and whey? These are the curds. They separate the whey and the curds and the curds go into a further process to make cheese. Eaten fresh, they are a delight.

I can't believe it---I still don't know what I'm making for dinner. BBQ is definitely out...cloudy and rain off and on--more off then on but one never can tell with this weather! I considered lasagna with garlic toast and a green salad. Then I thought baked fish with braised red potatoes, sliced fresh tomatoes, green beans and an avacado salad. Decisions, decisions.....and time is getting short!

Time's not getting short, dinner will just be fashionably late

Good afternoon all, everyone's menu sounds so good! Have a small prime rib in the oven, making mashed potatoes, asparagus and corn. Happy eating!!

Although I'm often guilty I really try not to sweat the small stuff, there's usually more than enough big stuff to go around.

Dinner running late just means more time for an appy and another glass of wine
