Where do you guys come up with all these ideas.....throw out the packets....liquid smoke, swanson broth (vs another brand?)........

Ahhhhhhh, cold finally past peak and leaving quickly, actually got out in the sun & wind and walked a coupla miles today, a pleasure

Dinner was Cheerios with strawberries, after hardly tasting anything for a week it was deeeeelishus!

I'll take the cold as a and reminder that feeling 'normal' shouldn't be taken lightly or for granted.

I have frozen my ham bone many times for further use. When I see anyone tossing a ham bone it kills me!! You can add that to so many dishes and even if it makes a ton you can freeze that too. I freeze almost everything especially since there are only two of us now!!

Milanese steaks with dipped tomatoes, steamed bamboo sticks and asparagus tips. Add rice for hubby's dish.

LOL! Don't feel bad! In my case it is usually trial and error, or someone giving me great advice!
