Hubby and I had to spend the day at MD Anderson, so I phoned in directions for tonight's meal to Son. We are having BBQ pulled chicken sandwiches, cole slaw, and home fries. Yum. I could smell the chicken in the crock pot when we walked in the door.
Baked Pork Chops, Green Beans with New Potatoes, Fried Corn, Homemade Biscuits with Strawberry Preserves, Iced Tea, and Chess Pie with Ice Cream for dessert.
More green chile pork stew. Then the rest will be portioned into single servings and put into the freezer.
