I know kaimuki would like what I had for dinner tonight. I went to my local Hawaiian restaurant and picked up chicken katsu with rice. Instead of macaroni salad, I opted for--you guessed it--more rice! Also had some homemade coleslaw on the side.
Saturday- Turkey tenderloin,salad and green beans.
