Having the family over for Fathers day and I am doing the cooking, including the grilling and smoking. Our daughter has a really bad knee, didn't want her standing on it, so I said "mommy will take care of everything" We are having smoked ribs, grilled chicken breasts and thighs, green beans, pasta salad and spinach salad with strawberries, raspberries and avocado. I am skipping dessert. Of course we will have beer, wine and soda. I know it sounds like a lot and there will only be 9 of us, but I want to make sure there is something special for each father. We have 4 father's here, including our one grandson in law, who is going to be a daddy again. We just found this out.

A friend of my Mothers came by and brought me a HUGE plate of-
Curry goat, chicken and some jerk chicken..
Also fried Plantains, some sort of cabbage stuff that was awesome and yellow rice..
She brought me a fruit punch and two cupcakes..

Apparently she cooked for a fundraiser and had a bunch of leftovers..

today: not sure yet...maybe cheesy rollups from taco bell?
