Does everyone who works out have goals? The personnal trainers at the gym keep asking me that question; as though I shouldn't be there in the first place. I don't have any particular goal. I'm actually doing it for fun and I usually feel much lighter and better after I work out.
I mostly do cycling and elleptical. I also do other activities outside of the gym and all of this at least once a week or every other week.

Here's the MIT chart for high carb foods: High Carbohydrate Foods
Eh--what other people find yummy is not necessarily what I like; I looked at the list and I would only eat about 10% of the items on there, really just because I don't really care for this type of food. I don't mind eating high calorie meals but at the same time, I want to enjoy what I'm eating lol. I do eat a lot of fruits, but that won't probably get me the results I need. Thanks anyway.

For the best, most balanced nutrition, I recommend venturing out past the limits of what you like. And if you push what you think your limits are now, you may find your range expanding in wonderful, unpredictable ways.

In any case, an ice cream cone may be more appealing, at least at first, but you'll get a lot more Vitamin C from a half a baked potato.
