I eat it hot , as a soup, with a dash of hot sauce and black pepper. I'm gonna try lemon or lemon pepper now that I hear that.

I do use V-8 or it's alternative in many soups. Our store brand has an even more pronounced taste of celery!

Moonshine.

Seriously, I think that V8 is not that good. I used to love it but since I got my own juicer, I don't buy it.

Thanks for giving me the idea to make my own V8 with fresh tomatoes and celery! I used to add fresh carrot/celery/garlic juice to canned tomato juice but now I just put the tomatoes in my Vitamix!

I have never had V8 but have had plain tomato juice with a squeeze of lemon in it.

Vodka, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a dash of Tobasco, and a stalk of celery.

The "red eye" -- tomato juice and beer -- is surprisingly good! Don't knock it until you've tried it.
