For breakfast I had a turkey sausage and cheese quesadilla and coffee. Missed out on my orange juice. Oh well, maybe tomorrow?

A cup of orange juice, a cup of dark chocolate almond milk, a bowl of Honey-Nut Cheerios with 1% milk and then a cup of tea with a teaspoon of honey & some cinamon.

This morning was at Jimmy's Egg in The Colony, TX. There, I had three eggs over medium, sausage links, sausage patties, biscuits, sausage gravy, hash browns, and coffee.
