Special K with Protein, half a banana sliced, milk, coffee, and a slice of bacon.

It is so dreary and wet outside and I feel nauseous so I am just drinking Chamomile tea.

A small cup of orange juice, a small cup of chocolate almond milk, Quaker oats with cinnamon, sugar & 1% milk and then a mug of hot tea with honey & cinnamon.
