2 toasted slices of whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread, a non-fat blueberry Greek yogurt and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
I had a small salad - field greens, zucchini, grape tomatoes, cheddar cheese, craisins, and some Ranch dressing. Plus a Tablespoon of an Asian Wheatberry salad.
It was all just..ok. Not much in the mood for eating lately.
