DH took the day off so we went to our favorite Chinese restaurant. I had my usual: wonton soup with extra scallions, shrimp roll, and shrimp with lobster sauce over steamed rice. DH had wonton soup and curry beef with fried rice. Oolong tea to drink.
Last night's dinner leftovers that I took to work: Cheese pierogies cooked with onion, tomatoes from my garden and mixed greens. And a Clementine tangerine (I love those!)
