I had a long waited for treat today, too. Given that it was 81 degrees, lunch was a container of fudge swirl ice cream & nothing else. The sugar shock was so worth it.

I am feeling under-the-weather, so a quick home-made version of chicken soup. I will use some skinless chicken breast that will be microwaved with some yellow onions in water to make the base. To that I will add some fresh broccoli, cauliflower, baby spinach and mushrooms. Throw in some ramen noodles and taste - I'll add seasoning as appropriate.
