Probably a baked sweet potato stuffed with leftover black beans, sautéed spinach, a drizzle of creamy green chili dip, and sprinkled with a bit of shredded cheese and chives.

Since I did not have dinner last night, today's lunch is a cheese steak with extra cheese, fried onions, and hot peppers. Mexican Coke to drink.

Italian sausage and mushroom in marinara sauce over spaghetti topped with Parmesan cheese and Serrano peppers. I like freshly and thinly sliced Serrano peppers on many of my foods including spaghetti - adds that extra bite that I love.

Lettuce & tomato getting old-ish + two day old, left-over chicken = salad
AND - 2 pieces of the remaining "fun-size" Hershey's chocolate (from Valentine's day).
