Saturday we did the Papa Murphy pizza thing (I am a newbie at this) I had the lite chicken, spinach, artichoke and bacon, DS had the meat lovers. Green salad and ice tea to drink.
Sunday, I'm doing Italian sloppy joes in the crockpot (consisting of chopped up turkey bratwurst sautéed in some EVOO and fresh garlic with chopped red pepper and chopped green pepper. Toss that in with 28 oz. of crushed tomatoes with a shake of Italian seasoning and basil. Cook on low for 4 hours. Serve on whole wheat hamburger rolls with a slice of low fat provolone and some baby spinach. Yummy and so healthy! I serve with a salad. Maybe later, I'll treat myself to some Ben and Jerry's Fro-Yo Cherry Garcia! My fav!

We are going to our granddaughters for a cook out. I think it is just a simple, hamburger, brats and salad night. Our other granddaughter will bring dessert and I am taking a couple of bottles of wine.
Not sure how to spell the name but it's a Korean recipe involving beef strips, veggies over wheat noodles in a ginger/black bean paste sauce. Making spring rolls to go alongside. Looking forward to it!
I'm working on several different things. I always enter; haven't made the finals....yet....but I keep at it.
This recipe was pleasant but not memorable. Early days -- deadline is March 27. Plenty of time to try plenty more ideas!
Good luck! Hope you make it this year.
