sheena red wine tastes more intense and is more delicious,but we do use sometimes white wine too which is a touch lighter on the palate Really it is a preference,which wine you like better ..We use Ontario red wine from Pelee Island or Sola~ Nero Red Wine. $ 12.95 Canadian ..just use simple wine
