I experimented. I had a bunch of random leftover odds and ends, so I made fried "rice" with my leftover quinoa. It was spanish influenced indirectly, I used hot smoked salmon and chorizo for my meats. And the quinoa was made with saffron.
It was good! So I will definitely make fried quinoa again!
Vinha D'alhos. Portugese pickled port, marinate should for 3 days in wine, vinegar, hot peppers, bay leaves garlic, roasted then fried.
Side of green beans.

We have a few left overs from the last couple of nights, thus it is Asian food for dinner: we have left over pork (fried rice) left over beef tenderloin (beef and broccoli) some snow peas and bok choy. If I have time after bridge I will do some egg rolls.
