Might be turkey burgers tonight. I'm undecided whether to pizza-fy them or salsa-fy them. One way or t'other.

Thanks to those who told me they thought this was a good idea. I started doing this years ago when my kids said they didn't want left over meatloaf. After all meat loaf is just basically meatballs in a different shape. Right?

And remember I am old school who believes in Waste Not---Want Not. I rarely let any food go to waste. I even save egg shells for my compost pile and when I have little dribs and drabs of left overs in the fridge I heat them up- put them on party plates and announce we are having Party Buffet night and it is first come first served. They love it.

I don't throw anything out, either. Old bread and crusts go to the birds, fruits and veggies are appreciated by the skunks and raccoons, and meat scraps go to feral cats.
Everybody is always hungry.
