Grilled boneless chicken breasts, corn on the cobb, and a really yummy tomato salad with fresh herbs, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt & pepper, and herbed goat cheese. The goat cheese melted into the oil and vinegar and made a creamy dressing.

a neighbor from down south was nice enough to bring me his smoked brisket, have it for dinner, I gave him some deer and bear meat earlier this spring

so, we had brisket that was very good

corn on the cob
