tonight is eat local/guilt/shame free, feel good eatin night,,,appeased all the alarmist/ guilt ridden feeding/food habits
fiddleheads- organic, no gmo's = guilt free!!
lilacs for flowers on the table , picked on my own property ,
bass from the pond two largemouth- cleaned them, took there heads off with my fish cleaver,,, and will cook the fillets on the pit - used an artificial lure, so I didn't have to kill any worms to get the bass.
the bass are wild caught, free range, organic, local (caught out in front of the house)
no anti-biotics, no growth hormones,
I can feel good about eating them
no dessert night-- I will run 2 miles before dark, and do 50 push ups and 50 sit ups..
if I keep my mouth open while running, i'll be able to try some of these delicious insects/bugs I keep hearing about -this will be my dessert...
