I haven't a clue. DH is recovering (not very well) from bilateral hernia repair surgery Friday afternoon and I had sympathy pains and diarrhea all day today. I might pass out spoons and jars of peanut butter. All the energy I can muster up.

I think it will be soft tacos made out of leftover NY strip, hot sauce, and chopped sweet onion. I would offer cilantro too, but I goofed and bought italian parsley! I suppose I should be considering a vegetable as well...

Grilling a rib eye steak, with a baked potato, green salad, and fried corn. And of course, ice tea. No dessert tonight. Ok maybe some homemade chocolate chip ice cream.

Nothing for dinner. I had all my calories for the day early this afternoon with an avocado, bacon, and tomato hash from First Watch. It usually fills me up for the rest of the day.

I am taking my indoor electric turkey fryer out for its maiden run with an 8-lb. roaster chicken. I've never had or used a deep fryer before, but everything seems to be going well. I'll have the chicken with spinach and a cauliflower mash. And if it doesn't go well, I guess it's just vegetables for me for dinner.
