Well this week has been pretty boring and it will continue tonight: a good part of the week I was fixing dinners using up the rest of our chicken. Last night I did do fish. The rest of the time I have been finishing up the piece of pork butt I cooked over the week end and tonight is no different: We are having pork and noodles, broccoli and a green salad with cottage cheese.
Tonight was supposed to be left over chicken fricassee --it was good.....but I forgot to put it away last night and it sat in the oven in the delicious gravy......I know that after all that time out.......it would not be safe to eat.....so I reluctantly wrapped up 4 nice thighs and threw them in the garbage. Good thing the garbage man is due any minute..... now I need a plan B for supper!!!!
Pork loin marinated in garlic/lime off the grill, fresh bread, corn on the cob, green salad. SO complained that yesterday's desert was toooo much (one nectarine, peeled, sliced, baked with 1 tablespoon almond crumbs). There is ice cream in the freezer.
That gives me everything I need for sandwiches for the boys to take to the range tomorrow.

She asked me if she should make okra curry with chapatis or saag paneer (spinach with cheese) with corn rotis and raita. I said to her whatever she likes to cook and I walked out of the kitchen We received as a gift Laddoos,so we will have one or 2 with Darjeeling tea. )
Roast beef on a steak roll with melted provolone, horseradish, and peppers. Unsweetened iced tea to drink.
