What's on Tonight's Dinner Menu? 2014 (North Carolina, burgers, grill, tuna)

I am doing beautiful 1 inch thick rib eye steaks, with mushrooms and onions, sticky rice and reheated mashed taters, and steamed asparagus. I can't wait!

Breakfast for dinner: Spinach, cheddar and onion omelet, toasted lenders onion bagels with butter.

Nice thick bone-in pork chops seared in a cast iron skillet and finished in the oven, biscuits and cole slaw.

Bolognese tonight, with lots of cheese!

Had shake and bake chicken drumsticks tonight with a side of boston beans. Simple quick and easy.

Roast beef on wheat bread with Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions.

3 pieces of fried chicken with brown rice and steamed broccoli.

Spaghetti with meat sauce, green salad and garlic toast. Water with lemon to drink.

Leftovers -- we smoked a butt on Sunday, and made the 3 Carolina sauces - had a tasting. [by the way, eastern vinegar won - but western with a little ketchup, and SW with mustard were also good]. So chopped BBQ w/slaw.

Tonight a green spicy lentil soup with chapatis,lemon/lime pickles,a plate with red beets,onion rings,cucumber and tomato slices. To drink lassi. For dessert milk rice (kheer) with cinnamon and toasted pistachios.
