Corn beef, cabbage, potatoes and carrots. It's pretty cool here so this should help warm up the insides!

We are finally having the spaghetti I started a couple of days ago. It just seemed one thing led to another and we never got around to eating it. Being spoiled brats favorite meal he is excited. I will also fix a big salad. After all the junk food yesterday we need a decent meal. yesterday consisted of wings, cheeses and meats, store brought dips, nachos and oh yes, we had a little celery and some grapes.

Loaded baked potato soup, a small salad, and either leftover BBQ brisket sandwiches or ham and cheese paninis. I will let my husband pick.

My hearty beef stew includes a melody of vegetables: parsnips, celery, onion, potatoes, zucchini, carrots, corn, tomato, broccoli, broccoli leaves and beet leaves. The stew will be served with cornbread.
