leftovers- time to clean out the fridge for a fresh start tomorrow.
We have veggie soup, dab of cowboy beans, scalloped potatoes, and two mystery dishes which will not be identifiable till they are warmed up. Makes for a wonderful Surprise Dinner!
Paprika chicken with lots of mushrooms and cream, curly pasta (per SO's request), oven warm oatmeal pecan cookies and vanilla ice cream. May I have a shot of sipping whiskey on the front porch to watch a Texas sunset please?
A blackberry non-fat Greek yogurt, 3 small slices of whole wheat bread with healthy-style margarine & strawberry spread and a mug of organic ginger pear flavored white tea with a teaspoon of sugar.
Spaghetti and meatballs, garlic bread, and unsweetened iced tea to drink. Dessert is vanilla-iced pound cake topped with a warm blueberry glaze, vanilla ice cream, and a drizzle of coconut balsamic vinegar.
We had fried chicken, mashed potatoes, peas, cottage cheese, sliced tomato, cinnamon rolls and banana cream pudding for dessert.
