Perdue honey BBQ chicken bites and Tater tots. Work was so out of control and busy at subway plus I had to do food shopping, so tonight is quick and easy.

I made tuna salad. I'll make a couple sandwiches with tomato slices and have a small bag of chips.

Not cooking tonight, taking the wife to a churrascuria <---sp? for Mother's day. On Sunday we have her mom to deal with so I am taking her out tonight.

Fridge scavenge tonight in prep for grocery buying tomorrow. Franks & beans, rabbit sausage saute, green beans, cole slaw, and the last hot dog roll split up to use as a sop for the different sauces. Not elegant but everyone is satisfied.

Hey, come on over! I'll save you a glass of wine, can't promise the crab legs though!

I made a nice lunch today. This is Mother's Day Weekend and I am being a little lazy and self indulgent.

So it's whatever we have. The Greek orzo salad we had last night tastes better today. We have some really good bread - a multigrain and a pumpernickel. Pickles, sauerkraut, and lots of sandwich filings.

So, it's what my mom called "catch as catch can".

I want to wish all the What's for Dinner tonight regulars a happy Mother's Day.

Relax, eat, enjoy!

I'm not sure really, I am leaving in about an hour to start a 5 hour drive home (home being the state we are from), picking up my husband and spending the weekend with him. I'll stop somewhere along the way and get something if I get hungry.
