Tonight it was grilled salmon fillets with caper, anchovy and parsley sauce, asparagus with a bit of lemon and zucchini sauteed with a little tomato. Can you tell we are dieting? LOL Yet, our dinner was divine and we didnt miss the starch.
Out for a friend's birthday so yakiniku style Korean food!

Tonight we have meat loaf with a hard boiled egg in the center,flavored with dill/parsley.salt.black pepper,onion,bread crumbs,egg.With it we serve tri colour vegetable Fusilli pasta,,diced carrots with melted butter and curly parsley. For dessert a grapefruit and orange fruit salad with shredded coconut,vanilla sugar,lemon juice.
