Help with idea to make a dipping sauce for a beef pie... (crab, recipe)

I took the recipe, Pennsylvania Dutch Meat Pies Recipe | MyRecipes.com , and modified it a bit to my liking. Turns out pretty good, but one complaint is that it needs a sauce or something.

Anyone know of any good sauces for this?

I had that same problem with my spinach and feta salmon patties.

Hollandaise did the trick. I think it would be great on a beef pie.

Try this--it's similar to the dipping sauce from Joe's Stone Crab, but I think it would be great with beef.

1 cup mayo
2 TB half & half
4 tsp Colman's dry mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp A-1 steak sauce

Mix it up. & refrigerate for a bit to let the flavors meld.
