While I am not much of a canned food fan. I do confess to keeping at least a 2 month supply on hand at all times. These include:

Vegetables

Beans mostly such as

Kidney
Garbanzo
Black
Navy
Red

followed closely by

Jalapeno
Various tomato sauces
Boiled potatoes
Green Beans
Carrots
Beets
corn

And Green vegies

spinach
Collards
okra

And a good supply of fruits

Pears
Peaches
Lychees
Mango
plums

Out of them the favorite are the lychees

Tomatoes, for sauces. I like Cento best, and they don't have to be San Marzano.

Progresso Hearty Tomato and Chicken & Sausage Gumbo soups

Tuna, preferably in olive oil, which I get in 7 oz. cans, 6 for $12 at Costco.
