wow, I would never have thought to even look for an electric pressure cooker. Boy, now I know what spoiled brat will be getting me for Christmas!!!!

I suggest a visit to Miss Vickie. As stated in another post, she wrote a pressure cooker cook book. Her website, however, has much more; the information on choosing a pressure cooker is very valuable. She recommends a minimum of five quarts as well as a modern and safe design.
