I like bitter food and drink, but not anything that tastes like licorice.

I tend to enjoy bitter. But there is too bitter. Did not like dandelion greens. Raddichio, endive and frisee are fine by me. Lately I have taken to adding citrus bitters to my water!

I like black coffee and Brussels sprouts, and I tend to like bittersweet chocolate more than milk chocolate. I guess I consider beer bitter, and I'm not much of a beer drinker, but when I feel like having it, it is the bitterness I crave.

I happen to love bitter food and drink! And I am not a guy. In fact, most of the men in my life do not enjoy bitter things.

i Loved Schwepp's bitter lemon, and I like bitters in certain drinks.

Bitter greens are well known all over Europe and a cleansing tonic. If you have been over indulging, bitter greens are great to detoxify the liver.

I love dandelion greens. I eat them out of my garden. Ukrainians make a dandelion salad that I really like. I also enjoy them cooked. Same goes for rocket greens or arugula. (depending wear you are from) They are a wonderful addition to a salad.

Broccoli rabe and Escarole can be bought at an Italian specialty store near me, cleaned and frozen. They are delicious with white beans over pasta in a garlic and oil sauce.

Rhubarb is bitter to some but it's another vegetable that I enjoy. Paired with strawberries as it often is, it makes a sumptuous spring pie.

Belgian endive and pear salad with blue cheese crumbles and a vinegar and olive oil dressing is really delicious. Martha Stewart has a good recipe and I use a variation of it at holiday feasts.

Heck YES ! Ghirardelli 100% is the ONLY chocolate I ever want anymore.
And the endorphin rush is a whole other thread into itself lol

Most people use it for baking, but I know better lol. Incredible mouthfeel. Pure unadulterated chocolate and nothing else.

I swear I could survive on black coffee & Ghiradelli 100% and little else lol

The most bitter thing I have ever eaten was garden flowers, neat. I prefer eating them on cake to mask the taste a bit.

Brussels sprouts? I've never heard of canned or frozen. We buy them fresh in the grocery store or from a farm and boil them. They're just just mini cabbages. They don't taste bitter to me.

I hate bitter. I hate sour.

I grew up on that and still make it. My husband never tasted broccoli rabe until he started dating me and he got hooked. If we order pasta in a restaurant and it's on the menu then that's his go-to dish. I make it with orecchiette when making a pasta dish otherwise I make broccoli rable with sausage or pork chops. I also like it cold with olive oil, salt and fresh squeezed lemon. I can eat that stuff every day!
