I don't but my OH will often have bread with his meal. Finns tend to have bread with every single meal, bit weird to me but I'd go for it if I could eat decent bread.

Sometimes garlic bread with pasta, or a homemade bread if we are having a soup or stew, but it's very rare for us to have bread with our evening meal.

My husband does still pull out the bread and butter sometimes we we are having fish. His mother always served bread with fish--something about the bones. I suspect it's an old wives tale.
