"...okay, last word is "wings"... let's see... that thing looks like it has wings, but it doesn't have the word on the package..."
Yeah, I picked up the wrong ones the last time.
If you look at how groceries are organized you darn near have to hit every aisle to fill a "normal" list of stuff. Need Oreos? You have to go by the cat food. Bread, well look at the chips over there.
Baby aisle, beauty products, canned goods/gravy packets, soda/chips, household goods, or pet foods. I shop only for foods at the grocery store and everything else at target.
Typically not the OTC meds/feminine care/toothpaste/shampoo/personal care drugstore-type aisles if I can avoid it. That stuff is always higher than at WalMart or Target, and is usually higher than Walgreens and CVS. They're very nearly convenience store prices.
I find this for the most part to be true of most non-grocery items available in grocery stores.
Guys, on the rare occasion I have needed my husband to go pick up a feminine care item for me, it's easiest to just take a picture of the empty box with my phone, and say, "Get exactly this."
Baking stuffs, soda shelves, commercially packaged bread (used to go a lot long ago), canned food (except occasionally sardines), pet food, toilet paper/paper towels/tissues/containers/dish detergent.
Sections I never go:
pet food,
electric appliances and home goods, stuff for car, shoe care, office stuff,
garden /pest /A/C filters, most non-grocery parts,
hygiene products - some, cosmetics - no,
baby stuff,
wine - no, beer - yes ,
paper plates/cups/utensils,
cereal/breakfast junk,
junk sweets/candies/cookies/cakes/pastries/pies
magazines/books,
coffee,
anything prepared - deli salads, fruit cups, chopped veggies,
ready to cook seasoned/prepared meat/fish,
cooked rice, rice mix, macaroni mix, instant potatoes
sushi rolls, TV dinners, frozen skillet dinners, pizza,
supermarket bread, and bread products
canned meat
anything cooked/baked there - chicken, wings, food court,
sodas and beverage department, water - yes ...
I bet I forgot about some sections I don't care about.
Heck - it would be easier to list where I do go, instead

that is wise..... pictures!!
after I had exact wording and couldn't find any and came home with a new drill,,,,
I haven't been asked again.. it came at a price,,,, I heard the wrath of estrogen for 10 minutes..
I can't remember the last time I entered the following:
* Pet food
* Cosmetics
* Paper products (I buy toilet paper elsewhere.)
* Health & hygiene (I buy those things elsewhere.)
* Meat (I do buy seafood occasionally. See below.)
* Baby
* Feminine hygiene (I adopted a menstrual cup several years ago and never looked back.)
* Candy
* Soda
* Cereal (We aren't big cereal eaters, and what little we do buy is granola that comes from the bulk bins.)
* Milk (It's delivered.)
* Office supplies
* Seasonal
* Floral
* Greeting cards
There are probably others I can't remember right now.
It's probably easier to name the sections I go to...
namely,
-meats
-fresh produce
-frozen foods
-baking supplies
-dairy
