Its a Jamie Oliver recipe that I have tweaked but ohh so delicious!

A chicken and wild rice casserole from Tricia Yearwood. It might be bland, or might be good, but I can't tell until I try it. Green beans.

SO did not finis his steak last night

Onions, garden garlic, garden spinach and mushrooms with tiny potatoe cubes and very thin slices of left over steak. Salad of butter and romaine.

We are having mac and cheese with added ham; a little bok choy I have in the fridge and green salad with fresh strawberries added.

Tonight's dinner will be garlic chicken, bacon-wrapped new potatoes, spicy corn and peppers, creamed spinach and cinnamon buns for dessert.

Another stuffed chicken breast with cranberry and apples. Saute'd cabbage, mixed veggies.

Pasta fazioli, salad, bread sticks, peach ice tea

Fried sausages on a bun, covered with chunky marinara slow cooked all day with peppers and onions.

Big green salad.

Some sort of sliced fruit for dessert.
