Chopped Southwestern Greens salad with cabbage, carrots, and pumpkin seeds topped with Norwegian Style Smoked Atlantic Salmon, rice, and creamy cilantro dressing. Quite delicious!

They are really, really tasty. It's my favorite beef cut for the grill. I like them much better than a ribeye.

Bone in chicken thighs for hubby and leftover saute'd cabbage. For me the last piece of spinach quiche and some breaded chicken tenders.
