Well....my s.o. is out of town again--so it's another bachelor special:

Zatarain's Dirty Rice mix with some shredded chicken, washed down with 3-4 St. Pauli Girls.

Yummy yummy in my tummy! LOL

Pork loin roast cooked offset in the Weber, just a few hunks of hickory to give it a little smokey flavor, some sauerkraut and spinach salad.

I am going to try making Shrimp and Grits tonight for the first time. Also I am making a cole slaw with a dressing recipe someone posted on a different thread. Wish me luck!

Today made chicken parm, spaghetti split in half (had gravy already made in the freezer) and about a 24 inch garlic bead.

A french roll split down the middle and the paste i make is a stick of butter melted, 5 cloves of chopped garlic, a cup of Evoo and s/p. Make the paste and let it harden a bit then spread on both sides of inner cut bread, wrap in foil and cook at high heat for about 25 minutes. Take out, open foil and add a few cups of mozzarella to the pasted sides and put back in the oven unwrapped until the mozz. is brown and crispy. Done and enjoy! Happy Sunday and eats all!

Tonight I'm making one of the Sunday after-church dinners of my childhood and really blowing my diet. Beef and pork roasts in the oven right now. This makes a dynamite gravy.

Mashed potatoes, fresh broccoli and cauliflower casserole. And for dessert warm cherry crisp with a scoop of ice cream.
