I am making Beef Stroganoff, but I'm making it with chicken and chicken broth instead of beef. I wonder if this has a name, or is it just Chicken Stroganoff? Broccoli on the side.

Got a roast slow cooking in the oven, which is getting super tender. Trying to figure out if I want cauliflower or a salad as my veggie.
