I'm thawing some ground beef and will be frying it up with Lawry's burrito seasoning. Can't wait to see what the difference is between burrito seasoning and taco seasoning.

I love all pancakes, crepes, and related food items. How does one make Dutch pancakes? What is "stroop"?

A short-cut, no-b.s. version of Envueltos (chicken for the Hubs and kids, cheese free w/pink beans for me), corn with red peppers, onions, and copious amounts of cilantro.

I'm going to make a root vegetable and wild mushroom pot pie in a creamy mushroom based sauce with some good dry sherry added for some flavor and fortification.

Crispy cabbage and carrot slaw with a light vinegar and walnut oil dressing with a hint of rosemary and mint.

Pear cobbler for desert.

Making a minestrone soup with kale... crusty bread on the side.

It smells wonderful, can't wait to taste it!
