Last night at the Mexican/Spanish restaurant I had Shrimp fajitas, Hubby and I shared a beef and cheese nachos, he had paella that had chorizo, Spanish rice, clams, mussels and shrimp. I had an Apple Burrito with Vanilla Ice cream. Tonight hubby will have what's leftover over of the Spanish rice and chorizo, I also made chili and we may have that.
Sauteed chicken strips from the freezer and leftover green beans. And a handful of raw almonds for an evening snack.
