Bought 2 pies this week, one was rhubarb pie (one of my favorites) and also a Maine blueberry pie. I buy em off the discount rack at Market Basket..a day old, big deal! Great pies on the cheap. Spiced turkey burgers and some pie for desert. Stay warm all as a good meal warms the soul!

I feel like I know which town you're talking about and, if so, I know Shrewsbury St. and its restaurants. Which one did you go to? There's an Italian restaurant on Shrewsbury where I had one of the best meals of my life. Maybe, if I weren't 49, I'd remember the name of the place. It'll come to me. I hope.

We went to an Italian place called Nuovo. Really, really, good. We are at Ralph's for now. 49? Ha! You are in your prime, I'm 46 last month.

I think I am going to make a NE style clam chowder.....but who knows....we are going to the Art Fest....and will probably eat a lot of street food....so we may not be hungry for supper. I still think I will make the chowder this morning...but hold off on adding the cream, so it can be held and re-heated easily tomorrow if we don't want it tonight.
