Pan fried pork chops with onions and green peppers in a bwn sugar, orange glaze/sauce. White rice and fresh green beans. Since I only have two chops I am stretching it with some large shrimp cooked in same manner.
A blueberry non-fat Greek yogurt, a homemade pizza made with a whole pita bread, Monterey Jack aged cheese, ketchup & oregano and a mug of tea with a teaspoon of sugar & a bit of skim milk.
We have a babysitter!! Woot! Woot! We are going out for a second time in about a month! We are lucky if we get two date nights a year! I am not sure which restaurant tonight. We plan on hitting Shrewsbury St in the city closest to us. It has a bunch of different ones and we will just go with whatever strikes our fancy! I will update later!

On Friday's we usually go out or take out. DH is taking out a pizza and I'm making a tossed salad with cukes, field greens and grape tomatoes. Whisking a Dijon vinaigrette.
